Updated Event Submission

Please note that to meet PUK compliance requirements we have updated the WWR event submission page, we are now required to capture the safety and safeguarding officers names and membership details. Whilst the names of the safety and safeguarding officer will be published on the event details, the membership numbers will not be published.
